Tja, ist schon leidig, wenn man seine Strunztexte mit Word schreibt, und wenn Word dann den Apostroph gegen ein „typographisch schöneres Zeichen“ ersetzt. Wäre ja auch alles kein Problem, wenn die richtige Zeichencodierung für die Mail angegeben worden wäre. Aber dafür müsste dieser unfähige Spamarsch ja Spuren von Kompetenz für das verwendete Medium haben…
